We
require our candidates to possess certain skills beyond the ordinary
academic achievements and experience. Presuming you are technically
qualified for the post you are applying for and you have a good
enough experience (even if you don't' have any experience you
are still welcome to speak with us, with confidence- after all
we were also freshers some time!).
We expect prospective Flair members to retain certain highly desired
qualities. These include:
1.
Exceptional communication skills. This does not require
you to emulate Stephen King but requires direct and honest approach
when dealing with clients and colleagues.
2.
Risk taking abilities. No, we
won't ask you to bungee-jump but you must be prepared to deal
with difficult people and problems using your imagination and
initiative. This will demand the most courage as you will have
to give up on long held beliefs and mental patterns.
3.
Time Management Skills. At Flair
there are no long nights and no endless-cups-of-coffees. We have
been able to achieve this because our team is as much workaholic
as it is funaholic. You should be willing to work 9 hours a day
and completing your assignment in that time. No extra-times here.
